Beacon native and creative powerhouse, Charlotte is the visionary behind Lambs Hill. With a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and a deep love for fashion history, painting, and all things beautiful, she brings an artist’s eye to everything she touches. After founding Gate House Realty in 2001 and shaping Beacon’s downtown revival, Charlotte transformed a historic space into our boutique.

Breanna’s background in fashion design makes her a bridal guru with an eye for detail and a heart for helping. From athletic apparel to elegant wedding gowns, she’s done it all.
