As of right now all our vendors’ factories are back to a 98% capacity and production. We do not anticipate any delays and are working closely with our sales representatives from each designer to ensure that we deliver all gowns in time. We are currently prioritizing any May-August brides whose dress has not yet arrived.

Absolutely! We are offering a quick pick up option for those brides that want to pick up their dresses right away. You will pay your remaining balance, sign your pick up contract, and take the dress with you. We are setting appointments with 30 minutes in between so that there is no contact in between appointments. Unfortunately you will not be able to try the dress on until you get home, but you will be given the seamstresses information so you can set up a fitting appointment with them at your convenience.

We are closely monitoring orders that have more urgency than others. If you are a May-August bride you will be contacted by our manager. Depending on which designer, we can ship the dress directly to your home after your balance is paid in full. Otherwise we can have your dress shipped to us and we can contact you to set up a quick pick up. If you are a September-December bride and you would rather have your dress ASAP please feel free to contact us and we will make arrangements for you as well. We are happy to accommodate all of our brides.

Unless you were already expecting delays with your dress, meaning you already knew your dress was coming with a short time frame for alterations, it should not affect the cost; neither of our seamstresses are currently charging rush fees. However we do suggest you get started on your alterations sooner rather than later.

Due to the circumstances, and how this has affected a lot of our clients financially, we are currently waiving all storage fees until we are able to open again. You will not be charged with any storage fees, and your pick up dates will start 30 days from our re- opening date.

Sorella Vita bridesmaids orders will be coming in as planned. You will be contacted and given the option of picking up or having your dresses shipped directly to you. Hayley Paige Occasions is working differently due to their NYC location which has more restrictions. The only bridesmaids orders that will be shipped to us will be those with absolute urgency, such as May and June bridesmaids groups.
