COVID-19 Frequently Asked Questions

As of right now most designers are shipping out dresses depending on wear date. Although there have been some delays in a few of our orders, they are still scheduled to come in with enough time for alterations, most orders are coming in on time. 

If your gown is not coming in within 3-4 months prior to your wedding you might expect a rush fee from your seamstress. However due to a high number of cancellations, these might not be applied. These are charges of the seamstress, completely separate from the boutique and we have no control over what they charge for their work. 

After re-opening our boutique the storage fee will be applied. This means that after you have received a call that your dress has arrived, you have up to 30 days to pick up your dress. We have a high volume of dresses that have come in and we are short in storage, we ask that you please pick up your gown as soon as possible. 

You can keep it in the breathable woven bag that we provide, this bag will keep it safe and from changing color. If your veil is packaged in plastic, we recommend you remove the veil from the plastic, as this can cause the fabric to yellow. Keep it in a safe place, preferably a pet free room.
